A standout option for main course is Shabestan’s Shah Pasand Chicken, a special recipe from the Gulf, where tender boneless chicken breasts are marinated in saffron and herbs. Another mouth-watering dish is the Tekeh Masti, a dish made up of premium beef fillet cubes marinated in yoghurt and Persian spices. The minds behind the menu are also eager to show off their newest signature dish, the Impossible Kebab, to complement a fan-favourite vegetarian staple, the Sabzi Kebab.
