Shabestan has hand-crafted a gluten-free menu for the ones that are allergic to gluten. It comes into effect considering the allergy is affecting several people stray away from food that comprises of gluten. Such that they are missing out on the true essence of Persian cuisine because of the same.
We follow a strict gluten free regime in decontaminating our kitchen surfaces and utensils just the way it is done at every household to maintain the highest level of cleanliness. All gluten-based products are replaced with a substitute such as breadsticks with cucumber slices for the dips.
