Executive Chef Hany is known for his meticulously crafted Persian cuisine that rounds up some of his most-loved recipes all while preserving the rich and vibrant flavours that Middle Eastern cuisine is renowned for. What’s more, the cuisine is one of the healthiest you will find in Singapore!

Priced at $48++ per person, the Keto Set Lunch Menu, rounds up their most celebrated dishes, allowing you to choose a starter, main and dessert as per your preference.

Start with a Mezze of Hummus with Crudites or Shabestan’s best-selling Homemade Cheese with Crudites. Prefer a salad? You can also opt for a healthy Greek salad as your entre instead.

The mains or kebabs offer a wide variety of options including our favourite Mixed Kubideh Kebab. A combination of lamb and chicken kubideh kebab, these are delightfully flavoured and tender - they may well become your favourite Persian kebab of choice!
