In Persian culture, having a cup of tea every few hours is a way of life. Tea is life as Persian tea was traditionally known for its medicinal properties before it became a beverage of leisure.

At Shabestan, we carry the finest range of artisanal tea from Julius Meinl. Julius Meinl started importing its own premium tea in 1894 from high-quality plantations in leading tea regions in China, India, Nepal and Sri Lanka.

East meets West, Julius Meinl combines the tea-drinking culture of the East with the Western tea-time tradition, where the emphasis lies on enjoyment and socializing.

The new menu offers guests a choice between a 1 dish + tea or a 3 course meal paired with tea. There are three options available for each course: Vegetarian, Chicken and Lamb. Each option includes a selection of dishes, which include rice, salad, bread, pickles, hummus, pomegranate juice, fresh herbs, nuts, olives, and dessert.
